NEW: GIFT WRAP SERVICE

Ordering a gift online for someone special? We can make your treat extra sweet with our new Gift Wrap service available for online orders.

Once you have added your chosen products to the shopping bag, simply select the 'Gift Wrap' option at checkout and we'll deliver your order beautifully wrapped directly to your nominated address.

Here's what's included in our Peter's Signature Gift Wrap service:

  • Peter's Signature Gift Box, choose from pink or navy
  • PA logo tissue paper and Penny sticker
  • Greeting card with your own personal message
  • All prices removed from product and receipt
  • Finished off with a gorgeous ribbon bow!

Please note our Gift Wrap service is available one per order to a single delivery address. Unfortunately orders are unable to be separated by individual products for gift wrap or sent to multiple delivery addresses within the one order.

It's now even easier to shop at Peter Alexander. If you can't find that must-have item you're after in your nearest Peter Alexander store, you can simply order it at the counter and we'll send it directly to your nomiated address. Available on full price and promotional items, subject to availability. Not available on sale items.


Purchases made in a Peter Alexander Australian retail store (including purchases in an Australian store for delivery to you) can be returned or exchanged in a Peter Alexander Australian retail store (excluding Myer stores). You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items. We are unable to make any changes after you have placed an order using our order in store, deliver to your door service.


Unfortunately at this time Peter Alexander customers are not able to purchase in a Myer store or New Zealand for delivery to home or nominated address, or return or exchange Peter Alexander online orders in Myer.



HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

Browse through the different categories by using the top menu navigation. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for, enter it into the search field above the navigation menu.

HOW DO I ADD A PRODUCT TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

Click on the product you like, select a colour, your size and add the quantity (number of items) you would like. Click Add to Bag.

HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

  • After you have added your favourite items to your shopping bag, proceed by clicking VIEW BAG or CHECKOUT
  • Review your items - ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour and quantity.
  • Enter in a promotion code if you have one.
  • If you live in Australia - select your preferred shipping method.
  • If you live outside of Australia - select your country of delivery.
  • Click the CHECKOUT button.
  • On the Shopping Bag Login Page, either enter in your existing log in details, sign up as a guest or a sign up as a full member to continue.
  • Enter in your BILLING ADDRESS, email address and phone number.
  • Click CONTINUE TO DELIVERY OPTIONS
  • The address will default to the THE BILLING ADDRESS field. You can choose to keep it as is or select a different delivery address.
  • Confirm your DELIVERY METHOD. For more information on delivery, click here.
  • If your order is a gift – select the YES tick box. A drop down box will appear where you can input a personal message.
  • Click CONTINUE TO SECURE PAYMENT
  • Choose your payment method using the tabs – CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL/GIFTCARD
  • For credit card payments – enter in your details, review your order and click PLACE ORDER
  • For paypal payments – you will be directed to the PayPal website. The order will be placed when you select PAY NOW on the PayPal website.
  • For gift card payments – enter in your gift card details. Note: you can split gift card payments with either a Credit Card or PayPal, please ensure the gift card details are entered in first for a split payment. Click PLACE ORDER.
  • For V.me by Visa payments from the shopping bag – you will be presented with the V.me by Visa sign up / sign in screen. The order will be placed once you have clicked Continue in the V.me by Visa screen and then Place Order.

Do I have to become a member to place an order?

If you are new to Peter Alexander and do not wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member; you will miss out on future promotions, competitions and offers.

Oops I forgot my password, what do I do now?

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top right hand corner of page and then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive!

How do I enter a promo code?

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Promotion Code" field within the shopping bag.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout' all you need to do is replace your default address details with the recipient's information, select the gift option and add an optional message (max 250 characters). The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.

We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

Can I change my order after I click 'place order'?

Unfortunately no orders can be changed once you click 'place order'. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, send it back to us for an exchange or refund or take it into your nearest Peter Alexander store (excluding factory outlets).

Can I cancel my order after I click 'place order'?

Yes, but only if your order has not been shipped.

What happens after I place my order?

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order, as we know how keen you are to jump into bed in your new P.A pyjamas. You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Check delivery times depending on where you live. Once we despatch your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email, so keep a look out for your parcel.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Log into your account and select My Orders for a list of previous orders. You can simply enter your order number or use the date range to search for specific orders. Click the order number you wish to track; this will display your order details including the status and tracking numbers. If your order has been shipped, click on the tracking/date link for further information on your order. You will be redirected to the Australia Post website for tracking.

Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number.
