HOW DO I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout', replace your default address details with the receiver's information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You must indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you want - you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent with the parcel. We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.

HOW DO I SEND A GIFT VOUCHER ?

You can now purchase Peter Alexander gift vouchers for your friends & family. They can be sent either 'electronically' through e-mail, or as a hard copy sent through the post.

When the voucher is sent 'electronically', it is forwarded to the receiver's e-mail address and can be redeemed using a secret code which is enclosed within the e-mail. If you do prefer to have a hard copy of the voucher sent through the post, we can forward on a picture postcard to yourself or the receiver. To have a voucher/s sent, you need to call us on 1300 366 683 and we will be happy to look after this for you.

To purchase a voucher/s online, CLICK HERE. When you 'checkout' to pay for them, you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order of sleepwear for yourself while sending a gift voucher/s to others. The voucher/s are sent as e-mails and your order of sleepwear is sent to you. Easy!!!

Please Note:
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are issued in Australian dollars.
- Vouchers purchased through the Internet and Call Centre can only be redeemed through these
   channels and cannot be redeemed through our Stores.

HOW ARE THE GIFT VOUCHERS REDEEMED ?

Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the secret code that is sent with the certificate e-mail. They can also be redeemed if placing a phone order. Again, the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to your phone operator.


DO I HAVE TO USE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOUCHER AT ONCE ?

No! You can use a portion of the voucher with one order and the remaining amount can be used with another order at a another time. The amount is keep in our system automatically until you wish to use it. You can also use a portion of the voucher and split the order amount with a credit card (i.e.:Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex).
